Itinerary
Visit the Hoi An’s market and discover the exotic fruit and vegetables of Vietnam that are used in our cuisine. Embark by boat to join chef´s family village on a small island in the river delta (about 35 minutes trip). Upon your arrival, you will be served a fresh fruit juice a typical Vietnamese fruit based drink, to welcome you. While you enjoy your drink, it will be the opportunity to learn about the vietnamese countryside life. There you will visit the gardens of the local farmers to discover the herbs and spices and make your own rice paper. Start your cooking class in the traditional house.
