Poetic Hue, dreamy and romantic Hue, Hue - city of two World Heritages…are the ever names people call Hue city - the latest imperial capital of Vietnam under Nguyen dynasty (from the 17th to 19th century). Referring to Hue, no one has come to Hue could ignore its the unique culture – Hue cuisine. The cuisine of Hue are rich and diversity. Hue cuisine tells so much about the way of life of Hue people and all Vietnamese that experts say it should be recognized by UNESCO as an intangible culture heritage. Especially, street vendors, restaurant owners, and an array of characters are all waiting to let you taste their wares. If you are a foodie, then this experience is definitely not to be missed.
Program:
Cyclo pick up you at hotels with English speaking guide. Your journey with take you to restaurant “Hang Me” to enjoy there special cakes of thee (Banh beo, nam, loc, ram it, banh cuon...).
Cyclo take you to “Hen island” to enjoy clam dishes such as clam rice, clam noodles.
Wandering on Le Loi Street at line of poetic journey, we take you to sweet soup shop with a name to the ordinary people to enjoy sweet soup.
After enjoy Hue sweet soup, you will continue to enjoy favorite cake “Banh Khoai“ and “Nem Lui” (Hue specialty spring rolls).
On the way you will visit Imperial Citadel and Truong Tien bridge on the night of sparkling night. At the end, cyclo take you around streets admire the romantic at night. You can also purchase special products souvenir such as: sesame candies, conical hats, sour shrimps, long dress (Ao Dai), Minh Mang wines. Cyclo will take you back to the hotel. End of tour.
